The recession and real estate market crash devastated balance sheets and put capital levels at risk at banks in many parts of the country. Institutions have sought to raise additional capital as a means to ensure their survival and ongoing success. In such a difficult economic environment, telling the story of their investment opportunity clearly, concisely and convincingly is the key to a successful capital raise.

Cherokee Banking Company called on MarshComm to do just that. After helping the bank successfully develop and execute a communications strategy around its Consent Order, we developed a strategic set of materials designed to market the bank's private placement to prospective investors. MarshComm consulted with the bank's executive management, researched, wrote, designed and printed the materials for Cherokee.
