Marsh Communications Announces New Client Partnerships with Community Capital Bancshares & Georgia Central Bancshares

ATLANTA, March 15, 2006 - Marsh Communications LLC announced it has begun new communications partnerships with Community Capital Bancshares Inc. (Nasdaq: ALBY), the holding company for Albany Bank & Trust and AB&T National Bank, and Georgia Central Bancshares Inc., the holding company for Georgia Central Bank.

MarshComm is assisting Community Capital Bancshares with an investor relations and PR program that includes: writing quarterly earnings releases; assisting on the company's annual report; providing IR consulting; and providing strategic communications consulting.
